This course prepares instructor candidates to teach courses in the First Aid/CPR/AED program including: Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, First Aid, and AED Essentials. Students will be taught all basic skills and knowledge in this course.

Prerequisites:
• Be at least 16 prior to the end of the course
• Possess a Fundamentals of Instructor Training certificate issued within the last 12 months or hold a current Health & Safety Services instructor authorization.
